Unfortunately, we have been experiencing some major technical difficulties behind the scenes, which caused quite a delay with regards to answering emails. Luckily, everything is fixed now, and I am desperately trying to catch up.
Also, due to the huge amount of orders that we have received, a small delay has occured here as well. But, I can assure you, Lian and I are working round the clock to ship out all outstanding orders as soon as possible. I am also working on a new system for the website, which will allow you to create an account, see your order history, and track your shipped orders.
