Sinterklaas Letters

We have received a few emails from upset customers who ordered chocolate letters, but did not receive the letters they ordered. Our policy this year with regards to chocolate letters has changed.

Early in the season we accepted pre-orders and sent out the correct letters to early customers. However, some letters sell out pretty quickly and with the amount of orders we receive about halfway through the season, we simply can't guarantee that the letters you request are also the letters you receive. We have indicated this on our website, but we realise now not everybody reads this, judging by some emails we have received. Therefore, we decided to post this short explanation.

We know this does not satisfy everyone and we'll try to find a way to do it differently next year. We assumed by taking on pre-orders and stating our policy on our website for late(r) orders, it would be ok. We do hope everyone enjoy his or hers chocolate letters!
